Pattern Description:

Teapot and Roses is the first of the 2012 Oma's Cupboard Applique Block of the Month collection, these are offered free each month on my website http://bdieges.com. The past blocks are on Craftsy for those who have missed them.

The blocks can stand alone, but are designed to be in a quilt that appears to be a cupboard of cubbies, with plates, teapots, cups, saucers, vases, other items and especially flowers. They can also be made in small groups for wall hangings.

The PDF Pattern includes all the templates and cutting instructions to make this block. You can use any applique technique you wish, freezer paper, needle under or even fusible.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

Materials:

  • Fat Eighths and Fat Quarters, small pieces of various fabric colors to match the block.

You Will Also Need:

  • 100% cotton threads to match the fabrics and background
  • Tools for hand applique or the technique of your choice
