Pattern Description:

This fun applique pattern consists of a set of 12 European dolls depicting the traditional costumes of their countries. The countries represented are: France, the Netherlands, Germany, Finland, Russia, Sweden, Ireland, Norway, Italy, Wales, Spain, and Denmark. Use all twelve blocks to make a wall hanging, or pair up blocks for other projects!

The pdf file includes a yardage and cutting guide should you wish to make pieced sashings like those shown in the illustration, and full size applique designs for each of the dolls.

3/4 yd background fabric
1/8 yd each of orange and cream for sashing blocks
1/2 yard green for sashing strips
3/8 yard gold for sashing strips
An assortment of scraps for the doll designs
