Hi Debbie,
Sorry to hear you're having troubles downloading. Do you remember the date that you purchased this pattern and first tried downloading it?

Here's the help I found on Craftsy FAQ section regarding downloading...
Log into Craftsy with your email address and password here: www.craftsy.com/login
In the white box to the left, click on My Patterns
Click on the pattern you wish to download

If you are experiencing issues downloading your patterns to your computer, or the PDF appears in odd characters, please make sure you have the latest version of the free software, Adobe Reader.
You can also try using a different browser, such as Chrome or Firefox.

Have more questions? Contact the Craftsy Customer Support Team.

I hope that helps, but if not, please let me know.

Not sure if you were looking at the page for the pattern, but you will have to add the pattern to your cart, even though it is free. Once added to your cart, you "checkout" but you do not have to give any information as there will be nothing charged. I've "purchased" the free patterns before and you can download right after the "purchase". I hope this helps...

Well, I did everything you said at the beginning. And for some reason it wouldn't download. The next day I checked back in my patterns on Craftsy, and there it was and I did get it downloaded! Thank you so much for your reply.
