Mother's day, birthday, Christmas, any day at all - you don't need a reason to give your mother this pretty little mug rug.
Using a strip applique method this mug rug is easy to put together and can be completed in an hour or two so even time isn't a problem. If you are an inexperienced sewist and your seams are uneven or your stitches wonky then this pattern is for you because this colourful mug rug will still look. In fact the hardest part of this pattern is choosing the fabrics - the rest is very simple and very quick. So why not make a little gift for a new mother or your own mother - just add a pack of her favourite biscuits and this present is ready to go.
Updated February 2013 to include 'Mom' option.
All Patchsmith patterns come with easy-to-follow instructions, colour diagrams and full size applique sheets.
This pattern is for personal use but permission is also granted to make this item to sell provided the item is handmade by you and you credit the Patchsmith for the design. No mass production allowed.
