It's that time again! Time for SNOW!
This Let it Snow mug rug is here just in time for holiday gift giving. This project is small enough to make with scraps and small cuts of fabric, and quick and easy to sew up for gifts. Use it as a mug rug, or as part of a festive place setting for your holiday get-togethers!
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 9.5" x 5.5"
Materials:
- Fabric for the top (white and a background)
- 10x14 inch piece of batting
- 10x14 inch piece of backing fabric
- 1 yard double fold bias tape/quilt binding (unless you wrap the backing fabric around to the front like I did)
- Matching Threads
You Will Also Need:
- Sewing Machine
- Rotary cutting tools
- Scissors
- Iron and ironing board
- Freezer paper or paper piecing paper if desired
