A Jelly Roll(r) makes a beautiful French Braid quilt without having to pick out all those colors. This pattern goes together quick and can easily be done in just a few days.
The Jelly Roll(r) needs to have three basic color pallets and a good
combination of light, medium, and dark colors in each color way to complete the quilt as shown.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 52" x 72"
Materials:
- 1 40- piece Jelly Roll(r)
- Center Squares - 1/2 yard or 3 different Fat Quarters
- Contrast Fabric (Inside border, contrast squares, and binding) - 1 1/4 yards
- Outer Border - 1 yard
- Set-in Squares - 1/2 yard

Everyone always asks, where did you get the name, Pure Joy Patterns. My mother's name was Joye. My sister, Janyce and her husband Jim make custom jewelry with their business and made Mother a necklace years ago that said 100% Pure Joye. I always loved the necklace and decided to use the concept as my company name. My mother passed away in 2007, so it is also in remembrance of her.
