Some quilt blocks can look a bit clunky or unfinished when sewn together; the pattern sometimes ends abruptly with a harsh edge. Here's a weekend project that shows how to complete the rhythm of the quilt centre to make a much more pleasing result.
With no points to match and no fussy cutting, this quilt goes together quickly.
Made from vintage reproduction fabrics or something bright and bouncy, any baby would be happy to snuggle in this generously sized quilt.

A wife, mother and new grandmother, I live with my husband on a small farm in beautiful Central Ontario.
As a quilter for over a decade now, I also enjoy other crafts including counted cross stitch, jewellery making, home decor sewing and crocheting. A needle and thread remain my favourite.
