If you like a contemporary look and love batiks and tonals, consider this design. The block, known as Interlaced Blocks and also as True Lover's Knot, is easier to construct than it looks. Only three different fabrics (plus backing) are needed.
The quilt, 40" x 67 1/2", could be used as a lap quilt, table topper or wall hanging.
The pattern is illustrated with fabrics from the Molly Bs Studio Primo Batiks collection by Marcus Fabrics.
I love quilts, especially traditional quilts. The focus of my business, Spool and Bobbin Quilting, is on traditional, themed and memory quilts. Several of my designs have been featured in magazines such as Quilt, The Quilter and Quiltmaker. View some of my quilts on my website, www.spoolandbobbinquilting.com.
