This pennant banner is so cute and FUN to make! It's a quick and easy project that you can make in no time.
It's a nice size to hang from a peg rack, use as a valance or display on a mantle.
My step by step directions will walk you through the process, the letters have already been reversed, you trace, fuse, press and your done!
Materials:
- 1/2 yard of fabric
- 1/2 yard fusible fleece or thin batting
- fabric scraps for embellishments
- heat n bond or steam a seam lite
