Pattern Description:
This pattern was inspired by the 1930's reproduction fabric and a quilt my grandmother made in the early 60's using appliqued butterflies. I designed this quilt specifically to make for my great nieces (ages 3-6).
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- 42" x 68"
Materials:
- 3/8 yards each of 9 different 1930's print fabrics, 1 1/8 yards muslin, 3/8 yards fabric for border 1, 5/8 yards fabric for border 2, 5/8 yard fabric for binding, 2 3/4 yards for backing, 3/4 yard light weight fusible webbing, black embroidery thread, marking pencil, rotary cutter, ruler, thread and batting.

About the Designer
I have always loved crafting. My mom encouraged my sisters and I to do crafts when we were growing up. I started sewing clothes when I was in third grade. I prefer quilting to sewing clothes. I particularly enjoy hand quilting.
