Basic Skills Necessary:

  • piecing with 1/4" seam allowance
  • rotary cutting

Pattern Description:

Old fashioned goodness and sweet country charm make this quilt perfect for any setting! The photos show 2 versions of the quilt: the first is made entirely with feedsack fabrics, some of my most favorites, and the second is made with modern fabrics in rows alternating with muslin. This pattern is fat quarter friendly, so use up some of those fat quarters in your stash!

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • finished quilt measures 42" square

Materials:

  • 10 coordinating fat quarters
  • 1 1/3 yds. backing fabric
  • 1/3 yd. binding fabric
  • 48" sq. batting

You Will Also Need:

  • sewing machine
  • thread
  • rotary cutter, mat, ruler
