Pattern Description:

This table runner/ wall hanging is filled with essence of cinnamon and spice and everything nice for the holidays. The colorfully frosted gingerbread children stand next to red and white striped candy canes. Red and green candies dot the frosting snow on the roof, and gum drop trees stand on either side of the house. Chocolate stepping stones lead across the snow to the door with it's candy heart doorknob. What fun!

This brightly colorful table runner will be a delightful addition to your holiday decor. The dimensions are such that it could be equally lovely as a wall hanging.

Made with an easily pieced border around a background containing quick fusible web applique, the project goes together easily. . The pattern contains seven pages of step by step instructions with photos. Full size templates and a layout page are included.

  • One 12 1/2" x 22 1/2" rectangle of light print or solid fabric for the background 1/4 yard assorted red and green scraps or thirty-eight (38) 2 1/2" squares One fat quarter white fabric for snow Scraps of brown, red, and green fabric for applique 1/2 yard backing fabric 1/4 yard fabric for binding

  • Thread Fusible web for applique White embroidery floss About 15" of narrow (1/4" wide) rickrack
