(7) Name: 'Quilting : GGA-303 GOOD FORTUNE IRIS

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Hand applique or fuse

Pattern Description:

Grannie 'G' has combined a western Bearded Iris with a Chinese lattice design for this stunning block. Large enough for a single block wall hanging, or combine as a center medallion for a larger piece. If the Asian influence isn't for you simply add a piece of stem and leave off the lattice and you still have a stunning Iris. Each pattern has horizontal and vertical center lines to assist in placement of the full sized and numbered pattern on the background fabric. Step by step instructions describe the basted needle-turn method for applique, the most portable of applique techniques.
