Pattern Description:

This is a fun layer cake pattern that will look different and unique each time it is made. The pattern comes in two different sizes which is nice if you have a partial layer cake left over from other projects and want to make a smaller quilt. For a larger quilt it makes use of the entire layer cake with no waste. The pattern shows a different way to construct your half square triangles and gives tips on using bias cut fabric. It is a modern quilting pattern which allows for play with negative space.

Dizzying Diamonds is a great pattern for a beginner quilter and a great way to learn the wonderful skill of sewing Half Square Triangles.

It is time to start using those pre-cuts that have been hanging out in your stash!
