Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Blanket stitching, machine quilting, binding

Pattern Description:

I was inspired by the Indian Summer Fabric by Riley Blake.

What fun fabric and what a fun runner to make. Easy....fast...fun

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • 19 1/2" x 29 1/2"


  • 31" x 14" white fabric ? 1 yard border fabric (used for backing as well) ? 1/4 yard of polka dot green fabric (or jumbo rick rack) ? Fat quarter of pink w/small flowers ? 1/4 yard brown fabric (for binding) ? Steam A Seam or fabric bonding of choice ? 37" x 20 1/2" batting (be sure to make bigger if you are putting the small border on in place of the prairie points)
