I started knitting at age 8 and learned all the rest as I went along - crocheting, sewing, tatting, latch hook, macrame, quilting, needlepoint, leather work, and woodworking. I became a professional seamstress and got into quilting big-time. These days, I mostly concentrate on knitting, crocheting, needlepoint, quilting, and woodworking. I began doing my own designing when I was laid up in a full leg cast. Since then, I have created over 200 of my own designs in various mediums, the patterns for which I sell everywhere and anywhere. I decided to sell my patterns individually, since I hate to have to buy an entire book to get the one or two that I want.
I do sell some hand-made items from my own designs, including woodworking items made by myself, at:
This is the very first quilt design which I ever created. I found the blue/white dot fabric and immediately thought of the old agateware coffee pots. The background fabric I chose had tiny blue flowers, so i thought it appropriate. You can make it with any fabrics of your choice, to match your kitchen decor or that of a friend.
Be sure to check out the rest of the quilt designs in my shop, as well as my other original knit, crochet, and needlepoint patterns. I add new patterns all of the time.
All of the patterns which I sell are my own designs and are copyrighted. Painstaking attention has been paid to the patterns, to ensure that they are clear, accurate, and easy to understand and follow.
