Can you please explain step : Place a rectangle on top of the center square, matching the sides and the bottom. Start sewing the side about an inch from the bottom, and sew to bottom.

Thanks. The quilt above is on a queen size bed. For it I used about 2.5 jelly rolls of 42 strips. Each "block" finishes 18 x 18 so take that as your basis. I cut all my scraps into 5x5, 2.5 x 4.5 , and 2.5x 2.5. I just finished a top using all scraps. I made it from 20 blocks. about 72x 90. I love this quilt. How many jelly rolls would I need to make it queen size? How can I order my jelly rolls from crafty?
