Calico Charm Pattern

Materials:

• 1/2 Yard - Dark Red for star blocks and pieced border
• 1/2 Yard - Medium Red for star blocks and pieced border
• 1/4 Yard - Dark Green for star blocks and pieced border
• 1/3 Yard - Medium Green for star blocks and pieced border
• 1/2 Yard Total - Assorted Creams star blocks for pieced border
• 1 - 8" x 10" piece of green wool or green wool scraps for leaves
• 1 - 8" x 10" piece of cream wool or cream wool scraps for stars
• 2 3/4 yards of jumbo cream cotton rickrack
• 1 1/3 yards - Backing of your choice
• 1/3 yard - Green for binding
• 24" x 66" piece of batting

You Will Also Need:

• Rotary cutter and mat
• Quilting Ruler
• Sewing Machine
• Coordinating embroidery floss and embroidery needles
• Clover Extra Small and Small Yo-Yo Makers (optional)
• 12 - 3/8 to 1/2" cream buttons
• Water soluble liquid glue
