Pattern Description:

Butterflies and flowers go together like tea and cookies so welcome them into your home with this functional little quilt. And just as there are endless varieties of tea and cookies, you too can create a never ending assortment of butterflies and flowers - the only limit is your imagination and fabric scraps! The butterflies are created using a very simple method of strip applique making this mug rug quick and easy to put together. The appliqued panel can also be incorporated into other sewing projects such as a table runner, placemat or journal cover.

All Patchsmith patterns come with colour diagrams, easy-to-follow instructions and full size applique sheet. This pattern also comes with two options for finishing the mug rug - traditional binding or a mock binding method (all three mug rugs shown were completed using the mock binding method). So create a flutter of colour for your table today with another pattern from the Patchsmith.

This pattern is for personal use but permission is also granted to make this item to sell provided the item is handmade by you and you credit the Patchsmith for the design. No mass production allowed.

Sizing / Finished Measurements:
