Block Island North lighthouse is located at Sandy Point, north end of Block Island, RI
This is a foundation paper-pieced pattern. The full size pattern is included in this PDF file. It prints out on 11" x 17" paper. If you are printing on 8.5" x 11", you will need to adjust your printer's settings for pages 9 & 10 to "tile large pages". This setting can be found under "scaling type". Also define the "overlap" to be at least .25". Print the pages at full size. Each of these 2 pages will print out in sections onto 4 different pages. Then you will need to tape them together. The Unit A piece should measure 13.5" wide inside the sewing lines after you have it taped together.

I've been quilting since 2000, and started designing quilt patterns in 2002. My specialty is lighthouse quilt patterns. I'm a former live-aboard boater and have a love for lighthouses as well as quilting. The large collection of my lighthouse photos gave me an inspiration to create quilt patterns from them. These patterns are realistic pictures of the lighthouses. I have 60 patterns available so far.
Also available on my website is a series of mountain patterns and wildflowers.
Thank you God for all the beautiful colors we are blessed to have in our fabrics.
