This mug rug is a SLAM DUNK!

I've been a basketball mom for several years ~ starting with a town league, then junior high, travel teams, and high school varsity. I know many of you are just like me. Once a sports mom, always a sports mom.

This is a great project for beginners. Quick and easy with little investment in materials.

This pattern includes list of materials needed, placement guide, templates and step by step sewing and cutting instructions on how to create applique, mitered corners and binding. There is also an easy No binding method, if you choose not to bind your mug rug.

In addition, you'll find a template for DAD! So he can have his very own.

Or why not make a T-Shirt using the templates provided. The applique process will be the same. Wear your Basketball Mom/Dad T-Shirt proudly at your next game. Make it your own by using the team/school colors!

Once you've tried the applique process, have fun with it. Templates and appliques can be applied to any ready made item such as t-shirts, hoodies, towels, back packs and totes.
