Pattern Description:

The Bailey's Boat applique quilt pattern was inspired by a drawing made by my 7 year-old grandson. I just loved the wonderful colors he used and the design just lent itself so well to applique. After seeing the quilt he said, very seriously, "Well, it's not JUST like it." No, it's not but those that have seen it know exactly how the design came about. This will be Bailey's quilt and a portion of the proceeds from every sale (sail!) go into his college fund. My inspired design from Bailey's boat was used with his permission and the permission of his parents, of course.

I loved making this quilt and hope you will love making it. It would be perfect for any little boy or in a home, cottage or on a boat.
