Thanks for taking a peek at my shop, KinderGarden Designs. I love making quilts, but my real passion is designing them. Designing unique patterns that would appeal to the imagination of a child inspires me.
I was in education for 17 years with a degree in early childhood education. I taught kindergarten for 10 of those years, hence the name KinderGarden Designs.
I have a beautiful little granddaughter Sydney, who has inspired many of the quilts I've designed.
I would love to see a picture of your quilt when your project is complete. It's fun to see the fabric patterns and colors that make the quilt uniquely yours.
Spring is almost here and little critters will soon be coming out to enjoy the warm weather.
These little critters would make an adorable baby quilt and a charming addition to your baby's nursery. There are 8 little critters including a bumble bee, lady bug, grasshopper, frog, dragonfly, caterpillar, snail and butterfly in pale spring colors of yellow, purples, pinks, greens and blues. It is an easy quilt to make using fusible web and colorful pastel cotton fabrics.
The quilt measures 38" x 47" with 12 nine inch blocks. There is a fabric chart with each block key that will give you suggestions for fabrics along with the amount needed to make that block.
Make sure you have a color cartridge in your printer before downloading
