Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Basic Sewing Skills
  • Ability to Sew Accurate 1/4" Seam
  • Ability to Cut Fabric Strips
  • Enthusiasm!

Pattern Description:

A sweet & simple design with very clear diagrams & directions + fully tested! FIVE one-yard cuts of fabric are required for the quilt top - binding is INCLUDED in this yardage.

By design, scraps are kept to a minimum & even those can be used to make the Everyday Pillow (included as a BONUS in this pattern)!!

Novelty, modern, traditional, batiks, kids, doggie/kitty prints ... EVERYTHING works!!

Here's how I select my fabrics:

1. Select Focus Fabric first = 1 Yard if Fussy Cutting OR 3/4 Yard if Strip Cutting

2. Select 2 Solid Fabrics = 1 Yard of each

3. Select 2 Print Fabrics = 1 Yard of each

That's really all there is to it! I hope this becomes your "go to" pattern when time is short & your list is long! See my blog & facebook for more samples! Thank you. faith.
