This is a modern interpretation of pojagi - a traditional Korean patchwork technique. It is not exactly quilting, since it only has one layer of fabric. The seams are enclosed so it is reversible. This pattern includes detailed directions on how to do the basic pojagi seam, how to make the 12" block, and three different projects that can be made with the block
I have loved making things for my whole life and always like to learn new things. I had the opportunity to live in Korea for two years, where I studied pojagi - traditional Korean patchwork.
