  • 7 colors 1/4" quilling paper, quilling tool, Scissors, Glue, Stacked quilling form ( a free resource to make your own is provided within the tutorial), 2 7mm O rings, Hemp cord, Necklace fastenings, Wrapping wire, Jewelry pliers, Sealer
