This book took over a year of research and working in conjunction with the USPO archives. A volume of over 10 complete patent patterns with illustrated instructions. The dolls are all from the 1800s to about 1950 and many are never before seen anywhere. Volume 1 is the collection of those patents with complete patterns, Think about making an Original Oneill Kewpie, the original Smith or Bowden.

Currently I am working on a college level course on Dolls in Ethnography and I have just finished the first book on expired patent dolls in cooperation with the USPO. As of december 2012 I am working on volumes 2 and three with the USPO.. all three volumes will eventually be combned into one print volume!
