Pattern Description:
The Irish scones are favorite in our family. The recipe came to me from a friend's mother who was in her 90s when she gave me the recipe. The scones are a great addition to family gatherings throughout the year, not just for St. Patrick's Day.
Bake them plain, with raisins, cran-raisins, chocolate chips and start your own family tradition!
New update clarifies amount of butter needed!
Sizing / Finished Measurements:
- Makes about 40 scones
Materials:
- Flour
- Sugar
- Sour cream
- ... and a few more ingredients!
You Will Also Need:
- Hand mix or use a food processor
