Basic Skills Necessary:

  • peyote stitch bead weaving

Pattern Description:

Show your wild side on your pen with Leopard print in a big and bold version. My version is done in golden brown, dark brown and black Delica beads. You could change it up to be your favorite 3 colors.The pen sleeve is made using flat even count peyote stitch. Then zip it closed, slide it on the pen and you are done. This is made to fit the Pilot G2 pen or a Hidden Compartment Keychain. It will fit any item that has 1 cm outside diameter and 6 cm length. It would make a great gift for that person who has everything.

On the pattern pages, you will get:
* Color photo of finished piece flat and on pen
* Bead Legend (color number, amount of beads required)
* Large, Easy to read color bead chart
* Word chart

Approximate Finished size: Length: 6 cm tube Width: fits 1 cm Outside diameter pen or key chain tube.
Supplies Used: Delica beads, Bead thread or Fireline, needle, Pilot G2 pen or keychain kit
Technique: Flat even count peyote

Pages to Print: 5 pages total (2 pages are Word Chart)
Skill Level: Beginner to Intermediate: Flat, even count peyote stitch and peyote zip stitch. Stitch instructions not included.
