Materials:

  • Set of 4 US size 3 (3.25) double pointed needles
  • Worsted weight yarns in various colors. You'll need less than 100 yards of the body color and use scraps for the details.
  • Sport weight yarns in various colors. Each piece of clothing takes a very small amount of yarn, so it's a great way to use up scrap yarns. For the pieces I've photographed here I used Wool of the Andes Sport Yarn from Knit Picks.
  • Set of US size 3 (3.25mm) straight needles

You Will Also Need:

  • Stuffing (wool, polyfill, etc)
  • Yarn or tapestry needle
  • Crochet Hook size E/4 (3.50 mm)
  • 4.5" x 3" piece of fabric for dress skirt
  • Sewing machine or hand sewing needle
  • 1/8" elastic
  • 30" of 3" wide tulle
  • 1//4" buttons (You will need 1 button for the cardigan and 1 for the Garter Dress)
  • Small safety pin
  • Thread to match chosen fabrics including tulle
