This knit sushi set is completely vegetarian and will never go bad, no matter how long you accidentally leave it out on the counter. The set includes shrimp, egg, and salmon sushi, a California roll, a fish roe roll and even a dollop of wasabi. Each piece is quick to make and takes a very small amount of yarn, so you can use up your scraps to have an all-you-can-knit sushi buffet in no time!

Joanna Rankin has always been an avid crafter. She loves to create in many ways, including screen printing, book binding, and jewelry making, but she spends most of her time sewing and knitting. She learned to sew, knit, and crochet from her mother and grandmother at a young age and has been happily rolling around in piles of yarn
