Pattern Description:

Every little girls fairy-tale favourite Rapunzel. She stands 14 inches high.
This pattern is suitable for a confident beginner upwards as there are no complicated stitches or shaping.
The pattern is fun to do and easy to follow it also has many photos to help you along the way.
Materials needed
Dk/8 ply yarns in the following colours and approximate quantities
Flesh - less than 25g
Chosen hair colour - 50g
Purple - 30g
Lilac - 25g
Medium pink less than 10g
White - scrap
Scrap metallic or contrasting yarn (for belt)
3mm needles - used throughout
Small length of black and red
Two 8mm plastic toy eyes (optional)
Small length of 5mm ribbon (optional)
Small piece of stiff card
Small crochet hook (optional)
Plastic straws
Fibrefill

Gauge:

Knit to roughly 7sts and 11 rows per inch, but as long as you knit to the same tension throughout and tight enough that the stuffing does not show through, guage it is not very important.

  • 14 in high
