Pattern Description:

These delightful penguins are simple to knit and have removeable accessories for added play value.
Father penguin is keeping warm and cosy in his bobble hat and scarf, mother penguin loves boarding and has the slouchy hat to prove it and baby penguin looks super cute in his cheeky top-knot hat,
They are knit flat on two needles. The pattern suggests double knit /light worsted/8 ply yarn, but you could easily use worsted weight/aran instead.
The 9 page pattern has clear instructions and lots of colour photos of all the stages, including sewing up and finishing.
The pattern involves very simple colour work. There are instructions and photos of this if you haven't done it before.
My patterns are written in standard uk and american terms.

20 grams black light worsted yarn for one adult penguin
oddments of white, orange, fawn light worsted for penguins
oddments of your choice for hats and scarf
Pair of US size 3 (3.25mm) needles
Toy safety eyes
Toy stuffing
