Excellent Another Wonderful Pattern from 'Gypsycream'  September 28, 2013

Everyone needs a knitting project that can fit in your purse or lunch bag. That was my solution during an ultra hot time in Southern California when I could not take a walk at lunch. Too hot in 2013!

This bear is simply a joy to knit and assemble. Total time to create the project? About 2.5 hours. A quick item that gives you more joy in return than you'd ever expect! Buy this pattern, and any others that Pat designs, with total confidence.

Good Pocket Bear  May 23, 2013

Very well written pattern.
The bear shapes nicely.
In person, you can see personality in it's face. With a picture, it doesn't show so well as I have black eyes against the black yarn.

Excellent A good pattern  April 27, 2013

This was a clear pattern to use. The designer is fantastic and really helpful.
The free additional assembly instruction with photos are perfect and make things so clear. Do remember to download them. I would suggest you read them before starting as it answered a question I had about the foot during the knitting stage. Recommend this pattern to anyone.

Another great pattern that is very easy to follow! Just follow along line by line, and you will end up with an adorable finished project. This bear is the perfect size to put in a bag and take with you . . . I look forward to making this designer's pocket puppy and pocket bunny next!

I learnt the art of knitting when I was about 5 years old. Even at that age I was never happy to follow a pattern, always wanting to try something different.

After a shoulder injury I found I couldn't knit anything heavy and out of sheer boredom I found myself knitting a bear. I didn't like the finished bear and thought I could do better myself so after a lot of frustrating frogging Huggable ...
