Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Working in the round
  • The following stitches: k, p, lifted increases (KRL and KLL), yo, k 2 tog, slip 1
  • Twice-knit knitting (optional)
  • Kitchener stitch
  • Crochet provisional cast on
  • Pinhole cast on (instructions for this are included with the pattern)

Pattern Description:

Do you dream of adventure out among the stars? Me too. :)

This pattern is written in English and all needle sizes, abbreviations, etc. are American. Contains 11 fully-illustrated pages with large, easy-to-read text and lots of photos, diagrams and charts to accompany the written instructions.

  • Gray Yarn: Knit Picks Wool of the Andes: Silver; 1 skein
  • Black Yarn: Knit Picks Wool of the Andes: Coal; 1 skein
  • Yellow Yarn: Knit Picks Wool of the Andes: Semolina; 1 skein
  • One set of US Size 3 double pointed needles
  • Tapestry needle (for weaving in yarn ends)
  • Scissors
  • Needle and Thread
  • Stuffing (I use polyfill)
