Pattern Description:

Geoffrey is a mischievous little knit frog who would like to accompany you on your adventures! He has magnets hidden in his hands and feet and can stick to fridges, lockers, chandeliers, fences and many other things. Geoffrey prefers to be on the move and can easily fit in your bag or backpack.

He is knit in the round and is about 23cm (9 inches) from the top of his head to the tips of his toes. The only seams are where the legs, arms and eyes are attached to the body. Small amounts of DK yarn are required (less than 1 ball for each colour). Geoffrey is a great project for using up those leftovers!

The 9 page pattern includes very detailed instructions, links to tutorials and includes several photographs explaining many of the steps.

Materials:

  • 2.5mm needles
  • 2.25mm needles
  • 8mm black safety eyes
  • 2 small black beads for nose
  • polyester or wool stuffing
  • 4 small round strong magnets (detailed info in pattern)
