This listing is for a cat knitting pattern PDF.
Such a sweet little cat, with her curved back, standing tall on her legs and a long tail... You can knit her in any colour you like but I chose tortoise shell because I used to have a tortoise shell cat called Minni when I was young...
The cat body is knitted flat with shaping, the head is knitted in the round or you could follow the pattern and simply knit back and forth instead of joining to knit in the round. I used the magic loop for the head, but DPNs could also be used to knit this head in the round. The tail is knitted with an i-cord. I have used double knitting yarn with size 4mm needles. The eyes and snout have been needlefelted on if you would like to add features.
The pattern is step by step with plenty of photos for the knitting and sewing up process:)
Measurements:
Just over 3 inches tall to the top of his ears.
Just over 3 inches from snout to back.
Please note, this pattern is for personal use only, and not for resale, items knitted from this pattern may not be sold for commercial purposes, thank you.

I have always loved knitting, my mom taught me to knit when I was 5 years old. I live in South Africa with my wonderful husband and our four children. We have a little suburban homestead where we grow veggies and fruit and live a sustainable lifestyle. We have a whole troop of chickens, rabbits, cats, birds, fish and our newest pet that seems almost human at times... a Labrador called Sandy. I love to create designs of animals. I look at their shape, watch their movement and then I can see a pattern of stitches forming before my eyes, its like magic! Have an inspired day.
Warmly
Linda
