A lovely light and drapey cardigan knitted in laceweight silk, perfect for keeping the chill at bay on long summer evenings. An understated design with a pretty floral lace edging.
This pattern is suitable for an intermediate/advanced knitter. It uses some slightly unusual lace knitting stitches - full instructions are given. It also requires use of mattress stitch.
Before blocking, 24sts
and 32 rows = 4".
After blocking, 20 sts and 30
rows = 4".
