Entwined Paths doggie sweater pattern is a great way to practice cables.
This pattern will fit tea cup, small and medium doggies.
Depending on the size of the sweater, you will need 2 to 4 oz of yarn.
You can use size 8 or 9 knitting needles.
You will also need a cable stitch holder or a large safety pin.
Pattern includes instructions for small and medium size dog sweater.
Small-weight under 10 lbs.
Back length about 8 to 10 inches
Chest-10 to 14 inches
Medium-weight 10 to 20 lbs.
Back length about 12 to 14 inches.
Chest-14 to 18 inches
Materials needed for each sweater:
1.worsted weight yarn-@2 oz for small; 3 to 4 oz for medium
2.Size 8 or 9 knitting needles
3.Cable needle or large safety pin
Gauge: 28 rows x 20 stitches = 4 in by 4 in
Instructions are written out for beginner knitters but charts are included.
