About the Designer
When I was 8 my mother relented and LET me learn to knit and crochet.
Many Barbie outfits later, she still laughs when we talk about her reading patterns aloud to me, and my school friends' moms playing knitting with me.
Since then I have gone on to work in shops and publish designs in the 101 One skein Wonders book series and Alt Fibers. Still, with the exception of my grandchildren, ...
