Latvian Style Gift Card Pouch Lativian Gift Pouch

Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Stranded Colorwork (Fair Isle)

Pattern Description:

Lativa is known for the richly colored and patterned mittens. How about making a small tribute to this adventurous knitting technique by creating a little hanging pouch that will hold a gift card, cash, or check? Yes, it's a challenging knit, but the good news is you only have to make one, not a pair!

Giving a gift card in a plain envelope is not very exciting so make an heirloom ornament that can be reused each year!
