Pattern Description:

This is a very effective, easy to knit felted rose.
It will make a beautiful addition to any craft project.
With a brooch clasp sewn into place it can adorn hats, bags and clothes.
This Rose is easily knitted in sections then sewn together before felting by hand.
I give full and detailed instructions for knitting, making up and felting these beautiful roses, in this 2 page pattern.
Knitted using 1 strand of DK / 8ply pure wool - Handwash yarn.
To obtain a thick felt with no visible stitches ensure your yarn is
100% pure handwash only wool.
Beware of "Superwash" it will not felt!!

Gauge:

tension - 14sts x 21 rows = 10cm square

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

Felted Size 3"- 7.5cm diameter 1.5" - 4.5cm high
