Basic Skills Necessary:

  • Garter stitch
  • I-Cord

Pattern Description:

Place Baby undercover with this knit coverlet from our line of maddy baby patterns. If you are short on knitting time, this is an easy-knit project in garter stitch.

Still short on time? Enlist family or friends to start knitting some of the garter-stitch triangles and before you know it you will have the required number of pieces to finish up the blanket, neatly edged with I-Cord.

If that's still not quick enough, knit enough triangles to form a 14"/35cm square pillow or better yet a mini-pillow, just 6"/15cm square. One way or another this pattern will make sure you have something ready and waiting for the new arrival.

The knitting pattern, written in both US and metric measurements, includes a schematic drawing and color placement chart.
