The Honeycomb Flower Dishcloth was designed for an annual dishcloth swap on Ravelry.com. The dishcloth is a little thicker than some and will also make a nice hand towel if you increase the size. The base color is made of a solid cotton yarn and the flower is a variegated cotton yarn.
This is a pattern perfect beginners in both knitting an crochet.
There will be a Knit Along for this pattern in the KAL with the Green Girl group at Ravelry.com starting on September 4th 2012.
There will also be videos for both the knitted portion (body of cloth) and the crocheted section (edge and flower) once the KAL begins.

I had one grandma that knit & quilted and one the crocheted & made clothes. When I was 5 - one taught me to knit - one to crochet. When I was 7 I learned to sew and when I was 12 I learned to quilt. I've tried just about every craft at one point. Now I have a blog and website dedicated to my journey with knitting and I design knitwear accessories for self/home/and children. I also design handmade jewelry based in sterling silver and gem stones.View all patterns by designer (7) »
