This is a wonderfully easy baby blanket to knit. Whether a beginner looking for an easy pattern to start with or a seasoned knitter looking for a pattern that you don't have to think about, this is perfect. The close knit stitches make this a warm blanket and the ripples add a beautiful variation.
The size of this blanket can easily be adjusted to be made larger.
16 stitches and 22 rows = 4 inches in stockinette stitch
872 yards of Worsted weight

Baby items especially are the best! To wrap a baby in a handmade blanket or put on a pair of handmade baby booties, you know that the baby feels the love that goes with it. Regardless of who made the item, it's always better ...
