This absolutely adorable baby blanket is worked in doubled strands of Cascade Yarns Eco+ Peruvian wool yarn.
The yellow center is worked back and forth in garter stitch, then stitches are picked up around the outer edge. Each petal is separated by, and edged with, garter stitch. The blanket is then worked in the round, until it is time to shape each petal tip.
What baby wouldn't look even more precious lying under or on top of this cute blanket?
14 sts and 20 rows = 4" (10 cm) in Stockinette Stitch with 2 strands yarn held together with and size 10.5 ndls or size to give gauge.
