Pattern Description:

I love how this design gives the look of cable stitches but without the use of a cable needle! Using a combination of knit and purl stitches only, this cushion can be knitted up much faster than a traditional cable design and once you have the hang of the stitch pattern, it is fairly easy to memorise too!

The pattern is written in English terms but with minimum abbreviations.

Gauge:

18sts and 24 rows to 10cm square over pattern using 5mm (US8) needles

To fit a 16" square cushion pad
