I’m a girl just trying to make her way in this world by doing what she’s passionate about. I love creating and knitting, math and the engineering of knitwear. Thanks for supporting my ventures and my life, I look forward to getting to know you :)
I’ve been knitting for more than thirteen years and one of the greatest motivators for me to keep going is that every single stitch counts. The completed project needs every stitch to be knit. Every minute I spend on my business, even if I’ve only got one, helps push my brand, my passion and my career in the right direction.
Inspiration comes to me from many places - color, texture, attitude - but most importantly I want to create things that are new, unique but still functional and not overly excessive. My items cater to the colorful, young at heart with their own sense of style and value.
Another crazy-versatile pattern, this skirt is knit in a one-size fits most sizing! Easily layered, this skirt could go over bare legs, leggings, even another skirt. The colors are fun and unexpected, but the stitch patterns really bring out the natural beauty found in the Malabrigo Arroyo colorways. A clean neutral color breaks up the color blocks to give even more contrast and interest with slight textural changes to give a "sewn edge" look found in many peasant skirts. With a slightly flared and scalloped edging, this will be flattering on a variety of body shapes. Make it longer by knitting the panels longer, adding more panels or colors - personalize it to fit your unique travel requirements!
