This VERY EASY jacket, with a double thick collar, wrap front and self belt, is super cozy and a breeze to knit! It is worked in one piece from the hem to the shoulder seams. The body of the sweater is worked back and forth in stocking stitch, and the wrap is added later. Sleeves are knitted in rounds from shoulder to cuff, and there is a six stitch decrease panel down the top of the sleeve.
On smaller needle, 8 sts and 10 St st rows = 2" (5cm).
I can't remember when I couldn't knit, crochet or sew. I am inspired by yarn I find, trends I see on the street, window shopping in Manhattan and suggestions from fellow knitters and crocheters. My goal is to create stylish patterns that are easy to wear, and to find the simplest way to construct them.
