Basic Skills Necessary:

Pattern Description:

A jacket with sweet little details, this design includes a Snail Chart worked intarsia over the back. Leave it off for more of a basic. Cardigan is worked bottom-up with raglan style sleeves and tipped ribbing. Pockets are knit into the garment. Shown in 12 months.

Gauge:

20 sts and 27 rows per 4 inches in stockinette on larger needles

Sizing / Finished Measurements:

  • Size: Newborn(3 months, 12 months, 18 months, 2, 4)
  • Finished Chest: 17.5(19.25, 20.5, 21.5, 23.5, 25.25) inches

Materials:

  • Yarn: 115(155, 225, 260, 335, 410) yards A, 40(45, 50, 50, 55, 55) yards B and 55(60, 70, 70, 90, 95) yards C worsted weight yarn
  • Tools: Size 6 (4 mm) needles and set of 5 DPNs, Size 7(4.5 mm) needles and set of 5 DPNs, stitch markers
